Speaker Development Workshops

​

A series of full length workshops that will run in the evening. Learning valuable public speaking techniques from outside of Toastmasters to add to our arsenal of talents; areas such as:

 

• improv comedy (impromptu speaking)

• singing (breathing and voice projection)

• acting (stagecraft and vocal variety)

 

These will be interactive, fun and full of useful techniques to raise our speaking skills.

Member Experience Audit

 

We will refresh your membership experience as I work with the team to rethink everything that goes into how we run the club effectively.

 

We will do an audit to:

 

• ensure guests and members have an exceptional experience

• streamline procedures so that the club runs smoothly

• ensure the leadership team has the support they need to do their role effectively

 

In the audit we will assess and create a plan to deal with any areas that need improvement and enact this plan over the year. The goal is to make the club better forever.

Clash of the Titans!

 

Pitch your wits against London's other top clubs as we throw down the gauntlet for an innovative intra-club contest!

 

This contest will:

 

• bring together a select group of the top clubs in London

• challenge our speakers with a new contest unlike any on the Toastmasters calendar

• help our members connect with and learn from other strong and talented speakers

• connect us with the wider Toastmasters community

 

This will be a fun and innovative event which will also help raise the club's profile.
